TRAVEL & ACCOMMODATIONS INFO

Commissioners, advisory delegates, and others whose GA expenses are covered by the Office of the General Assembly (OGA), the Presbyterian Mission Agency (PMA) or the Administrative Services Group/A Corp (ASC) will receive an email with instructions and a link for booking airline reservations through Concur (an on-line booking tool) and Balboa, the assembly travel agency, so that the fare is charged to the appropriate GA budget. AIRPORT TRANSPORTATION

The assembly will provide shuttle service between the airport and the Galt House on designated travel dates for Commissioners and Advisory Delegates.

ASSEMBLY ACCOMMODATIONS

The Office of the General Assembly has contracted and arranged to directly pay for rooms at the Galt House hotel, located about 2 blocks from the Presbyterian Center to accommodate commissioners and advisory delegates during their assigned committee meetings. For this assembly the budget is covering single rooms for commissioners and advisory delegates.

DINING & MEALS

Some group meals are provided at the Presbyterian Center for commissioners and advisory delegates. There are restaurants in the assembly hotel, and many other restaurants and dining outlets nearby.
