Exhibitor Packages

Each 10′ x 10′ booth will be set up and provided with the following items:

  • 8′ back drape
  • 3′ side rails (when appropriate)
  • header sign
  • wastebasket
  • two chairs
  • carpet (cleaned on opening day and mid-show)

Eligible Entities and Organizations  to Exhibit GA223

Approved exhibitors will be provided with payment and assembly registration instructions. Additional information about ordering furniture, plants, electrical, internet, etc., will be coming at a later date to those whose requests have been approved.

including ministries that directly managed  by those ministries, which report  directly to the  General Assembly.

Category 4

Cost*: $500.00

NOT-FOR-PROFIT AND
VOLUNTARY
ORGANIZATIONS
consisting of members of the PC(U.S.A.) which have  officers and a board accountable  for their activities; and whose membership is not  confined to a single synod, and which are organized to  conduct special tasks of  witness, service or nurture.

MINISTRIES IN RELATIONSHIP WITH AGENCIES

of the General Assembly. This includes our Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.) related seminaries.

 

Category 5

Cost*: $500.00

National or international
CONCILIAR BODIES
to which the Presbyterian  Church (U.S.A.) relates in  ministry and mission. Includes the National Council of Churches,  Church World Service,  the World Council of Churches,  and the World Communion of  Reformed Churches.

 

Category 3

Cost*: $500.00

HOST PRESBYTERY/
presbyteries of this session of the General Assembly,  and the host presbytery/ presbyteries of the  next General Assembly.

Category 6

Cost*: $1,000.00

COMPANIES, BUSINESSES, OR
ORGANIZATIONS
NOT RELATED
to the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.)  whose products or services would be of interest to attendees at the General Assembly.

 

 

*The Exhibit Hall Advisory Team will evaluate the status of Presbyterian organizations and projects that request display space either via sponsorship of a G.A. agency (category #2) or as a special organization as defined in category #4. The committee will recommend the list of eligible groups to the Stated Clerk and will make every effort to allocate space to each exhibitor that is determined to be eligible. Organizations that are denied exhibit space may appeal to the Committee on the Office of the General Assembly.
